All inspection findings are included in an easy-to-read Home Inspection Report complete with pictures, detailed descriptions, and recommendations. Reports are emailed to you in PDF format typically the same day, however always within 24 hours of the inspection.

Home Inspection Report Categories:

  1. Major defects
    Example: Foundation or structural issues
  2. Health & Safety Hazards
    Example: Substandard electrical repairs, missing Ground Fault Circuit Interrupters(GFCI) in kitchens and bathrooms, extensive mold

    Example: Roof flashing leak, damaged downspouts that could cause water intrusion, broken windows
